Full Ingredient Panel

What's in every sachet

Clinical doses. No proprietary blends. No filler.

Most GLP-1 users juggle 6–8 separate supplement bottles to get what they need: protein, collagen, creatine, electrolytes, methylated B's, D3+K2, gentle fiber, and digestive enzymes. We built Amplify One to replace all of it with one sachet a day. Here's exactly what's inside — every ingredient, every dose, every form.

Macros & Foundation

🥩Whey Protein Isolate25g

Instantized, mixes clean in cold water. Clinical dose for muscle preservation under caloric restriction.

🌟Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides10g

Type I & III. Supports skin elasticity, joint comfort, and connective tissue — research-backed dose for the "Ozempic face" concern.

🌾Acacia Fiber5g

Soluble, prebiotic, non-gel-forming. Won't cause the bloating or gas typical of inulin or FOS.

Performance

💪Micronized Creatine Monohydrate5g

The ISSN-validated daily dose. For brain, mood, and lean mass support.

🔋L-Glutamine2g

Supports gut lining integrity and recovery — especially relevant for GLP-1 users with altered digestion.

Taurine500mg

Cellular hydration and cardiovascular support.

Daily Essentials

Electrolytes

  • Sodium 400mg (sodium citrate)
  • Potassium 300mg (potassium citrate)
  • Magnesium 100mg elemental (magnesium malate, gentle on GI)

Active Vitamins

  • Vitamin D3 1,000 IU (25mcg)
  • Vitamin K2 150mcg (MK-7) (pairs with D3 to direct calcium correctly)
  • Vitamin B12 500mcg (methylcobalamin, the active form)
  • Vitamin B6 2mg (P-5-P, the active form)
  • Folate 400mcg DFE (5-MTHF, the active form)

Digestive Support

  • Lactase 3,000 FCC ALU (so you can actually digest the whey, even on slowed GI)

Formula In Development — Subject To Change

This is our proposed initial formula based on the latest published research on GLP-1 nutrition support. We're actively finalizing manufacturing details with our partner facility, and specific ingredient sources, doses, or forms may be refined before launch as we complete sourcing and quality testing.

Final ingredient panel will be confirmed and posted before any orders ship. Founder's List members will be notified of any meaningful changes via email.

Sound Familiar?

The GLP-1 Is Working. Your Nutrition Isn't.

The scale moves. But so does your energy, your muscle, and your hair. Most "GLP-1 stacks" make it worse by piling on more bottles you don't want to take.

"I'm barely eating. Am I losing muscle?"

Big appetite drop + low protein intake is the #1 reason GLP-1 users lose lean mass instead of just fat.

"Why am I so tired and foggy?"

Eating less means fewer B-vitamins, iron co-factors, and electrolytes, so energy and focus take the hit first.

"I'm getting muscle cramps and headaches."

Lower food = lower sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Classic dehydration on a GLP-1, even if you're drinking water.

"I can't stomach a 5-shake routine."

When appetite is gone, the last thing you want is more pills, scoops, and bottles to track.

"Food doesn't make me happy anymore."

GLP-1s quiet food noise — but they can also quiet the dopamine response to food, music, hobbies, and connection. Low protein and B-vitamin status make it worse.

"My hair is thinning."

Rapid weight loss + low protein intake stresses hair follicles into shedding. Most GLP-1 users notice within 3-6 months.

"I'm worried about my bones."

Rapid weight loss is linked to reduced bone density. D3 without K2 doesn't direct calcium where it should go.

"I can't sleep through the night."

Magnesium and electrolyte depletion can disrupt sleep cycles. Most GLP-1 users don't connect the dots.

That's exactly why we built Amplify One. One sachet, every gram on the label.

The Research

Built On What The Science Actually Says.

Every ingredient in Amplify One is backed by published research, not influencer hype. We won't claim it cures anything. We will show you why it's in the bag.

01

Up to ~40% of weight lost on a GLP-1 can be lean mass, not fat.

Higher daily protein and resistance training are the most-supported ways to protect muscle while losing weight.

Source: Wilding et al., STEP 1 trial, NEJM 2021
02

Protein needs go up, not down, during meaningful weight loss.

Reviews suggest 1.2-1.6 g/kg/day to preserve lean mass during a calorie deficit. 25g whey isolate per sachet helps you hit that target without forcing a meal.

Source: Cava, Yeat & Mittendorfer, Advances in Nutrition 2017
03

Creatine helps preserve strength and lean mass during a calorie deficit.

3-5g daily of creatine monohydrate is one of the most-studied performance and muscle-preservation ingredients in nutrition.

04

Soluble fiber can ease constipation and support regularity.

Constipation is a common GLP-1 side effect. Easy-to-digest soluble fibers are studied for improving stool consistency without the harshness of bulk-forming fibers.

Source: McRorie & McKeown, J Acad Nutr Diet 2017
05

Eating less can mean lower B12, B6, and folate intake.

Methylated forms (methylcobalamin, P-5-P, 5-MTHF) are the active forms your body uses to support energy metabolism. Included in every sachet.

06

Sodium, potassium, and magnesium needs don't drop when appetite does.

Lower food intake is a common driver of cramps, fatigue, and headaches on a GLP-1. A daily electrolyte stack helps cover the gap.

07

Creatine isn't just for muscles — it's studied for mood and cognition.

Randomized trials suggest creatine supplementation may support mood and cognitive function, especially during caloric restriction or sustained stress.

08

Vitamin K2 (MK-7) helps direct calcium toward bones, not arteries.

K2 activates the proteins that route absorbed calcium to bone tissue and away from soft tissue. Pairing D3 with K2 is the form supported by current research.

Source: Knapen et al., Osteoporosis International 2013
09

Rapid weight loss is linked to reduced bone mineral density.

Weight loss interventions consistently show bone density loss alongside fat loss. Adequate protein, vitamin D, vitamin K2, and magnesium intake are the most-supported levers to mitigate it.

Collagen peptides at clinical doses are studied for skin elasticity and joint comfort.

Studies showing meaningful skin and joint outcomes typically use 5-15g daily, with 10g being a commonly studied effective dose. Amplify One delivers 10g per sachet.

A Note From Daniel

Why I Built This

I'm not a doctor. I'm not a chemist. I'm not a wellness influencer.

I'm the guy who started a GLP-1 in September 2025, lost 40 pounds, and somewhere around month four realized my body was changing in ways nobody had warned me about.

Hair thinning. Calf cramps waking me up at 3am. Patience gone. Crying at random things. The version of me that was supposed to feel better was somehow feeling worse.

The internet's answer was eight more bottles.

So I bought them. Whey. Creatine. Collagen. Electrolyte packets. A B-complex I couldn't pronounce. D3. Magnesium. A fiber that gave me gas. Within a few months I had a counter full of half-empty containers, a morning routine that took 20 minutes to remember and longer to swallow, and a credit card statement that said I was spending close to $200 a month on supplements I wasn't actually taking.

That's when I started building Amplify One, not as a business, as a way to fix my own mornings.

I read studies instead of marketing copy. I priced clinical doses, not the underdosed sprinkles wellness brands use to put a buzzword on a label. And I learned that almost everything a GLP-1 user actually needs can fit into one 30-gram sachet, if you stop watering it down with filler.

That's the product.

But the reason I'm putting one year of my life and most of my savings into this is bigger than the product.

Our Mission

To make sure no one on a GLP-1 has to figure out their nutrition, or their body, alone.

Nobody told me what to expect on this medication. Not my doctor. Not the manufacturer. Not the influencers. Not the friends who'd been on it before me. I had to Google my way through the muscle loss, the cramps, the hair, the mood, the constipation, the strange quiet that comes when food stops being interesting.

That's the gap we're trying to close. The sachet is one part of it. The honest blog, the research we cite, the questions I personally reply to in the inbox, those are the rest.

If you're on the founder's list, thank you. I take it seriously.

If you're considering joining, here's what I'll promise:

I won't oversell this. I won't disappear after launch. I'll tell you what's in the bag and what isn't, what we changed and why. I'll send you research. I'll tell you when something is real and when it's hype.

We're early. We're small. The formula is still being finalized with our manufacturer. If anything meaningful changes between now and launch, you'll hear it from me first.
